MORE MASS BIRD/FISH/ANIMAL DEATHS 2013-2014

Africa:  Massive (undisclosed) numbers of fish have died in Kruger National Park River, South African National Parks reported on Monday, January 6, 2014. Criminal charges have been filed against the Bosveld Phosphate mining company, which is said to have caused contamination that killed the fish. A local fisherman reported the massive fish deaths to park staff on December 30th, after seeing dead fish (Source: BDLive.co.za).

Nathan Weaver, a Clemson University student, wanted to put together a project to help turtles cross roads safely.  As he set about to do his school assignment, he discovered much more than he bargained for, a peek into the dark souls of some human beings - not a few.

In recent weeks, thousands of birds and millions of fish have been found dead across the globe.  Mass numbers of dead fish have appeared in Maryland, Arkansas, Brazil and New Zealand.  An astonishing number of dead birds have been found in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky and Sweden.
